Xchart Enterprise is designed for organizations that need to manage multiple independent practices or business units from a single account.
Rather than having one large organization, Enterprise introduces an admin organization that can oversee any number of regular organizations. This gives your administrators centralized visibility while allowing each organization to maintain its own patients, providers, settings, and day-to-day workflows.
For many organizations, a single regular Xchart organization is all that's needed. You can already have multiple clinical locations and multiple providers within a regular organization. Enterprise is intended for groups that want additional separation between offices while still maintaining centralized oversight.
What does Enterprise add?
Admin organization
Enterprise adds an admin organization with designated super users who can oversee all of the organizations beneath it.
Super users can:
Access any managed organization without needing to be individually invited as a member.
Easily switch between organizations.
View analytics and reporting across the entire enterprise.
Add and manage organizations from a central dashboard.
Flexible organization structure
Each regular organization can still contain:
Multiple clinical locations
Multiple providers
Its own patients, cases, presets, forms, and settings
This lets you organize your enterprise however makes the most sense for your business.
Enterprise dashboard
The Enterprise dashboard provides a centralized view across your organization, including:
Cross-organization reporting and analytics
Live case visibility
Real-time vitals monitoring
Provider activity across locations
For example, one multi-location customer uses the dashboard to immediately locate an active anesthesia case, review the live anesthesia record and patient vitals, and assist providers in real time when needed.
Enterprise API
Enterprise also includes a unified API across all managed organizations.
If you're integrating Xchart with your own software, reporting systems, or internal tools, you can access every organization under your enterprise account through a single API rather than managing separate integrations for each office.
Billing
Enterprise customers receive:
A single monthly invoice
Net 30 billing terms
Centralized billing for all managed organizations
Enterprise pricing is typically $199 per provider user per month.
Each provider is only billed once, even if they work across multiple locations within your enterprise.
For organizations with large numbers of rotating or per-diem anesthesia providers, we can also structure pricing on a per-location basis when that better reflects how your practice operates.
Is Enterprise right for me?
If all of your offices are comfortable sharing the same patients, providers, reports, and settings, a single regular Xchart organization is often the simplest solution.
Enterprise becomes valuable when you want to:
Keep offices or business units logically separated.
Give administrators visibility across the entire organization.
Consolidate billing.
Access enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
Build integrations using a single API across all locations.
