  • Be sure to use your Heartland email address so we can properly associate your account

2. Order Equipment - Betsy will typically do this for you but you can follow the information below if she does not send an email directly to us with you CC'd in it.

  • If you need a vitals monitor or connection adapter, please email [email protected]

  • Our team will help ensure you have the correct setup for automatic vitals integration

  • Make sure to let us know you are a Heartland provider so we can give you the correct pricing.

NOTE: we cannot place an order for your monitor/equipment until step one has been completed.

3. Review Equipment Setup (ePM monitor purchases only)

4. Create a Test Patient

  • Log into your Xchart organization and create a fake/test patient

  • This allows you to explore the platform and become comfortable before going live

  • This video will be helpful in guiding you through this step.

5. Set Up Presets

6. Schedule Training

  • Book a training session for you and your team here.

  • Optional comprehensive overview video going through an entire Xchart case.

  • Admin specific roles and "how to" video.

7. Extra Support

  • After you’ve completed your first live case using Xchart, we’d love to connect with you. This is a great opportunity to review any questions that came up and share tips to help make your workflow even easier and smoother.

If you’d like to take advantage of this time, please use the link below to schedule an optional follow-up meeting with our team to go over the ups and downs of your first few cases in Xchart.

  • You can contact our support team at any time by emailing [email protected]. We have multiple team members monitoring that chat and can help assist you and your team fairly quickly.
