Some organizations access Xchart through one of our reseller partners, such as CareStack or Denticon (Planet DDS). In these cases, your billing relationship is with your reseller, not directly with Xchart.
Who bills me?
If you purchase Xchart through a reseller, your reseller determines the price they charge your organization for Xchart, including any bundled services or add-ons.
Xchart simply bills the reseller each month based on the number of active providers they have provisioned.
Who manages my providers?
Your reseller controls which providers are provisioned for Xchart.
When a provider is enabled through your reseller's integration or provisioning process, they become an active Xchart provider. Xchart's monthly billing to the reseller is based on the list of active providers maintained by the reseller.
If a provider should no longer have access to Xchart, they should be removed or deactivated through your reseller.

Because your billing relationship is with your reseller:

Xchart cannot change the pricing your reseller charges your organization.
If your reseller believes a billing adjustment is appropriate, they can work directly with Xchart.
