How to add a payment method to your Xchart account and view all subscription details

If you are struggling to find where to add a payment method to your account this will show you how.

Step by step instructions:

  1. Login to your account at Xchart.com

  2. From your dashboard navigate to the "billing" button on the left.

  3. You can then add your payment method in the field provided.

  4. You can view all invoices (orders or monthly subscription fees)

Note: This is also where you can cancel your subscription if needed. (You can cancel by scrolling to the bottom of the "billing" page and select "I need to cancel my subscription.")
